Power Switches
O2Micro's PC Card power interface switches (OZ2211/OZ2216) provide an integrated power management solution for PC Cards. They are used in conjunction with a data output CardBus controller to control and distribute VCC and VPP voltages to PC Card slot(s). They are "Designed for Microsoft Windows" logo certified, including the CardBus and Zoomed Video (ZV) options.

FEATURES (OZ2211)
- Single-slot PCMCIA PC Card power controller
- Used with a parallel data output CardBus controller
- Fully integrated VCC and VPP switching for single-slot PC Card interface
- Compatible with Industry Standard CardBus Controllers
- Pin-to-pin compatible with Texas Instrument's TPS2211
- High-efficiency, low-resistance switches
- Compatible with 3.3V, 5V and 12V PC Cards
- Operates in 3.3V low voltage mode when 3.3V is the only available input voltage
- Current limit and over temperature shutdown
- 12V supply can be disabled except during 12V Flash memory programming
- Break-before-make switching
- Low on-resistance for 3.3V and 5V VCC
- 16-pin SSOP package

- Used with a serial data output CardBus controller
- Complete VCC and VPP switch for dual-slot PC Card interface
- Standard 3-wire serial interface compatible with CardBus Controllers
- Pin-to-pin compatible with O2Micro's OZ2206 and Texas Instrument's TPS2206/2216
- High-efficiency, low-resistance switches
- Compatible with 3.3V, 5V and 12V PC Cards
- Operates in 3.3V low voltage mode when 3.3V is the only available input voltage
