CardBus Controllers
O2Micro's CardBus products offer ACPI compliant, high performance PC Card controllers (OZ6933). They are "Designed for Microsoft Windows" to provide synchronous, 32-bit, bus master/target PCI interface between computers and plug-in PC Cards. CardBus is the new 32-bit interface standard of PCMCIA. The OZ6933 provides the most advanced design flexibility for PC Cards that interface with advanced notebook designs, allowing the user to easily add high-performance enhancements and new functions.

- Compliant with the 33Mhz PCI Specification V2.2, and 2000 PC Card Standard 7.1

- ExCA (Exchangeable Card Architecture) compatible registers mappable in memory and I/O space
- Intel® 82365SL PCIC Register Compatible
- Supports PCMCIA_ATA Specification
- Supports 5V/3.3V PC and 3.3V CardBus cards
- Supports two PC Card or CardBus slots with hot insertion and removal
- Supports multiple FIFOs for PCI/CardBus data transfer
- Supports Direct Memory Access for PC/PCI and PCI/Way on PC Card socket
- Programmable interrupt protocol: PCI, PCI+ISA, PCI/Way, or PC/PCI interrupt signaling modes
- Parallel or Serial interface for socket power control including devices from O2Micro (OZ2206), Micrel and TI
- Subsystem Vendor ID support, with auto lock bit
- LED Activity Pins
- Supports D3cold state PME# wakeup; 3.3Vaux Power; Zoomed Video; and Zoomed video buffer enable pins
- 208-pin TQFP and 209 Ball Mini-BGA packages
