O2Micro Announces Repurchase of Shares in Q4
January 5, 2006. O2Micro® International Limited (Nasdaq: OIIM), a leading supplier of innovative power management and
security components and systems for the Computer, Consumer, Industrial, and Communications markets, today announced, that in accordance with the share repurchase program authorized by the Board of Directors and the shareholders, the company repurchased 300,600 shares during its fiscal Q4 2005,
for the period October 1, 2005, to December 31, 2005.
